We want you to love your purchase from WeebDeals. If you're not satisfied with your order, we offer a 10-day return policy. To start a return, please contact us at support@weebdeals.com and include your order number and the reason for the return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We'll evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged during shipping, we will request photos of the damage and may request that you return the item to us.

Please note that certain items are not eligible for return, including perishable goods, custom products, personal care goods, and hazardous materials. We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.

European Union 3 Day Cooling-Off Period

If merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
